Was using RC2 with no problems. Today I installed rc3, and started a video, after 30 seconds, it crashed (the screen went violet with some weird little grey dots here and there) and had to stop the process.
After that, every time I try to open XBMC it shows the splash screen and then it crashes.
Tried installing an older version (the daily from January 31st), but the problem persisted.

Aeon nox perhaps? Read the new thread in the aeon nox forum, there were some corrupt files with the new update of the skin.

YES! I changed the skin in guisettings.xml and it's now working fine.
