Raspbian packages?
#1
Hi all,

Seeing how the link given in the downloads section is outdated (link, refers to an older beta branch), and having no luck building the RC versions, I was wondering if anyone knows where to find any pre-compiled packages/executables for raspbian.

Cheers

Michael Gorven provides an own apt repository with regularily updated xbmc packages for raspbian.
Here is the link to his blog with instructions: http://michael.gorven.za.net/content/xbmc-raspberry-pi

Anyhow, I am also wondering if an official .deb for raspbian will be released by xbmc team when frodo is released.

I believe so, but I am not 100% sure.

Thanks mate, that was exactly what I was looking for!

I want to believe that an official .deb will be available for the final frodo release, but for now this will do nicely.
