I'm currently running:
uname says: Linux htpc 3.2.0-35-generic #55-Ubuntu SMP Wed Dec 5 17:42:16 UTC 2012 x86_64 x86_64 x86_64 GNU/Linux

current xbmc version:
(12.0-BETA1 Git:20121121-2ff8cca), Platform: Linux (Ubuntu 12.04.1 LTS, 3.2.0-35-generic x86_64). Built on Nov 20 2012

dpkg says:

ii xbmc 2:12.0~git20121220.0939-rc2-0precise XBMC Media Center (arch-independent data package)
ii xbmc-bin 2:12.0~git20121220.0939-rc2-0precise XBMC Media Center (binary data package)
ii xbmc-standalone 2:11.0~git20120423.cd20772-1 XBMC Media Center (transitional package)

I've added these 2 lines to my /etc/apt/sources.list file:

deb https://launchpad.net/~team-xbmc/+archive/unstable precise main
deb-src https://launchpad.net/~team-xbmc/+archive/unstable precise main


running an apt-get update yields to following errors:

Am I the only one getting this? I can't "upgrade" to RC3 because from what I can tell the launchpad.net repo isn't set up correctly.

Any advice?

Looks like your urls are wrong. Mine says
