Cause my Asrock ION 330 box was stolen, I'm looking for a new setup.

I see there are plenty options for inexpensive android boxes.

But I need reasonably cheap x86/linux box, with option to install 2.5" hdd.
It will not hurt if box has also D-SUB and/or slot for optical drive (smal form factor, like for laptop).

Preferable, if box comes with IR receiver.

It can be barebone, as I have some number of 2.5 HDDs and DDR3 SO-DIMMs and optical drives lying around

This Celeron 847 based barebones has room for a 2.5" HDD and has VGA (D-SUB) and HDMI outputs.
