Radio Streams and .NFO files
#1
Hi,
I use XBMC to stream Live Radio from a STRM file, and it works great when i'm on the box using keyboard to start the stream from files under music.
But something goes wrong when i try to open the STRM file from Yatse.
(I open trough Files and browse to the .STRM file but nothing happens)

I suspect it's because there are no information on what the file contains, and it tries to open it as an mp3 or FLAC file.
Since it's not any of them it just fails.

I hope that by writing an NFO file i can implement it under my music library and hopefully start the stream correctly from Yatse.
(my wife would be greatful not having to switch sources from XBMC to Tuner since it so very extremely difficult and complicated :-) )

As concrete as it gets, this is what i want to do.

I want to start the NRK P2 from a stream from this location:
http://lyd.nrk.no/nrk_radio_p2_aac_h.m3u
and i want to find it in my library under band-name "Live Radio" entry album-name radio-channel (P1,P2,P3 and so on)
But i have no idea of how to write a NFO file for a Stream.

Anyone that can post an example?
(I have seen this question posted a couple of times asked before, but no real fix so i try once more)
