Thanks, I'll pick that one up. One other quickie - any thoughts on cables? I'm kind of lost looking between SATA and power cables. 18 inch, 36 inch, 3Gbps, 6Gbps, 4-in-1 and MOLEX power connectors, etc.

18" should be fine.
I couldn't get more than 3 of the 4 molex connectors to connect at the same time without being forceful. I must have at least 5 in my 13 HDD movie server.
