Hey everyone,
This is my first post but I've searched this topic to death and haven't been able to find anything useful, so please bear with me if I make any obvious mistakes.
Basically, I have my PS3 Media Server (PMS) serving up videos from my desktop to my games consoles without a problem. I'd like to serve videos to my laptop too, so I installed XBMC. In XBMC, I clicked on videos, files, 'add video source', upnp server... and I can see all the folders and subfolders, but I can't see any files inside the folders - what gives?
I'm using XBMC 12.0 RC3, I had the same issue with RC 2 and the latest stable build of 11.0. All the folders appear empty on XMBC, even though on my xbox and ps3 all the files show up. Thus I'm thinking it's an XBMC issue but any suggestions at all would be very very much appreciated, I've been trying to get it to work for a week now and can't get anywhere.
