Could you confirm that this build is OK? And it is satisfies my needs?

Case : Streamcom FC8 EVO
Mothborad : FM2-A75IA-E53
APU : A6-5400K
DD : Samsung 64Go 830 Series
Memory : 2*2Go G.Skill PC3-10600 - 1333 Mhz
PICO PSU: 150~160W
Blu-Ray : Any Slim bluray disk

Other stuff to do this this build

My needs/my uses :
- Fanless
- Support bluray playback
- Playback 1080p movie
- I don't care about space disk because I have NAS for data storage
- Oprating System : Xbmcbuntu (or openelec but the system is less customizable)

Do you think that this case (FC8 EVO) may support the TDP of this CPU ?
A 150W piso psu is enought or too powerful?
Does this motherboard support wake-on-USB?

The new A series APUs can utilize higher speed ram and it will speed up the GPU performance. I would go for 1866MHz RAM, it's usually only a few bucks more. Or at least 1600MHz. Is that MSI's mITX board? My FM2-A75MA-E35 mATX board from MSI supports wake from USB, it just has to be enabled in BIOS. I would think almost all motherboards these days should wake from USB. Boot from USB is a different matter though.
