It is a remux from the retail bluray so bit rate is very high but the movie lags anyway even if I play over a gigabit network or directly from a hdd capable of reading at 500mbyte/sec.
My cpu and gpu is very fast but dxva not non dxva makes it better/worse.
The movie plays at a speed of 4 fps in xbmc but runs flawless in vlc.

Other movies remuxed with the same program runs fine in xbmc.

EDIT: The issue seems to be with the truehd 7.1 audio track. I got a 5.1 system but it should play fine anyway since it plays alright in vlc.
I got another movie with truehd track but it is in 5.1 and it plays fine.
I dont have the core tracks (ac3) for either movies included in my mkv's.
Edit2: I forgot to mention, I get no sound also. If I set my spekaier congig to 7.1 the movie plays fine and it plays fine with 2.0-3.1 to. Anything else including my speaker setup 5.1 fails.
I will try and remux the bluray again but this time include the core trck in adition to the truehd 7.1 track. Hopefully it will play a proper 5.1 core track with lower bit rate.
