Instead of the music song in XBMC searching youtube for the music video, how can I get it to link to a local music video file instead?

you'd need a script and a skin that supports it.

I am currently using the Aeon MQ 4 Skin on Eden 11.0. I was able to get one music video to link over to the song. If I right click on either the song or the music video, I can play SONG or MUSIC VIDEO from either library. But for some reason, I can't seem to replicate this when I add other music videos. I did this with just using menus. So it tells me the functionality is there without any additional code.
I dunno, maybe this is a skin question. I will try your script, thanks for help and responding to this question.
