Another stupid ? When XBMC is running, all my other audio doesn't work?

I just did a reinstall, and it used to work where if I had xbmc running on my TV, I could play youtube or music on my other screen. Now, if XBMC is running, I get no sound. I have to shutdown XBMC.

Any suggestions? Thx.
