i need some help. i download xbmc and open up xbmc after the installation. but after i close down the program there is no xbmc icon on my desktop or in my programs. i need to know how to resolve this if anyone can help. thank you

You should be able to find the executable at C:\Program Files (x86)\XBMC or C:\Program Files\XBMC
Copy is to your desktop. I can't answer what happened to the icon or the listing under programs.
