I just finished configuring an HTPC with Win 7 Ultimate to boot directly to a limited Windows user that runs XBMC as a shell using the 3rd option. Using my VGA monitor as a display to troubleshoot and configure, it works just fine. When I connect my HTPC to my Sony Bravia I am unable to even select the input to which my HTPC is connected.
TV: Sony Bravia KDL-52V5100
Graphics card: SAPPHIRE Radeon HD 5450 1GB DDR3
Please advise.
On an unrelated note, does anyone know that if after doing what I did in the run XBMC as shell guide this disables the ability to RDP on the HTPC machine? Thanks!
