Linux Asrock E350M1/USB3
#1
I'm totally new on XBMC and are interested in a cheap, energy saving, mini-itx based htpc to replace my WDTVlive.

I am interested in Asrock's E350M1/USB3 board, 4gig intern memory and a random 32gb SSD. I am planning to only use it with XBMC so i figured XBMCubuntu would be the best distro for me.

I watch mainly 720p or 1080p series and movies in .mkv and a occasionally BR iso which i stream by NFS in a gigabit network from my synology NAS. I do not have a 3d television so 3d is not needed for me.

Do you reckon this board will be sufficent for me? I know for the past ATI wasnt't the best combination with linux, would it be beter to go for a ATOM / NVIDIA ION setup?
