Hello. I configured XBMC on Ubuntu x64. Everything looks OK with PC display and headphones but when I connected the HTPC to TV (Panasonic LCD 32") with HDMI cable I have video but no sound for HD movies (mkv). Tried several options in audio config. I have system sounds and sound for DivX movies but with 1080p HD (mkv) movies the sound is missing. It seems that different audio encodings require different soft packs. What can I do/test/install/setup?

Turn off all passthrough options like ac3 dts etc. Your TV cannot process them
