New to all this. When I click a movie from the list it says it is loading and then the movie does not come up

it goes to boot the movie once picked then goes back to list

You gotta at least try to help us out here if you want to be helped. It's not a game of 20 questions.
Step by step, what do you do? Which menu options do you select and on which pages? Where are the movies located? Are you playing from Files view or Library view? What format are these movies and how are they encoded? Can you play these movies outside of XBMC on that system? Are you streaming from the Internet? If so, are you using a particular add-on? Which Windows version?
