I have been using XBMC on my older MacBook Pro and now decided to build a dedicated pc for it.
My budget is around £400 I'd like to be able to throw any 1080p videos at it, use it for light gaming emulation Playstation one and below and possibly use it for 3ds max as this would help for work but this is not a necessity.
I've been reading through the forum for ideas and came up with this:
Case: Steacom F7C EVO Home Theatre Chassis £72
CPU: AMD A10-5700 £91
Mobo: AsRock FM2A75M-ITX Motherboard £73
RAM: Kingston HyperX Genesis - Memory - 8 GB : 2 x 4 GB £49
SSD: Crucial 64GB M4 SATA 6Gb/s 2.5 inch Internal Solid State Drive £55
CPU Cooler: Gelid CC-SSilence-AM2 CPU Cooler £20
Case Fan: Noctua NF-R8-1800 Case Fan £11
PSU: 12V 150W PicoPSU-150-XT + FSP 12V 12.5A 150W AC/DC Adapter £72
Total : £443
I'm very new to this so hope I haven't missed anything off, also any suggestions would be great!
Thanks
