Focus is on Substratum at this time. I can't give attention to two skins at once. I've offered before if someone wants to take the reigns on this one I'd be willing to offer up source files, etc. So far no serious takers, so it's on hold for the time being.

This one is bookmarked on my browser for ages, and I keep drooling watching the previews.

I am sure it will finished one day, but we will have to wait maybe 1 year after the official Substratum release or so, so better be patient!

I just hope that Arcanthur, after the completion of Substratum, won't initiate new projects such as Delirium or Scrotum, because Celestium is really promising!
