Hello!

I now that many users here are using this aftermarket cooler and are having a good experience with it.

Actually my setup is:

RAM: Kingston HyperX 4GB 1866MHz
Motherboard: ASRock FM2A75M-ITX
CPU/GPU: AMD A6-5400k / HD7540D
Case: Powercool Q5
HDD: 500GB Samsung (old disk taken from other PC)
Cooling: stock cooler
DVD Drive: Some old Drive from HP530
OS: Windows 8

Question: Can I install Scythe Shuriken Big 2 Rev.B in this case and keep my DVD Drive plugged in?

Currently system is too noisy and I want some solution to this!

What can I do?

Change stock cooler, change fan from stock cooler, lower the RPM's on fan from stock cooler?

Stock cooler on minimum speed should me more than cool enough and also just about as quiet as you're gonna get an amd..

to answer your question, I don't think it will fit in that case but I haven't tried it personally. That case looks pretty similar to the E-I5 case which I don't think the Shuriken will fit into.
