I wanted to be able to have a Playlist representing movies I have not yet got but would like to add to my collection in time (-a "wanted" list if you like). So to do this I added small flv files (content not important) to my folder system, named these files as per my wanted list and created a playlist within XBMC. Once the DVD box covers appeared in my playlist I set about removing the flv files (since I don't want the movies appearing in my main movies selection) and was hoping that there was a way of retaining the DVD covers within the playlist view once the movie files are deleted. Is this possible? Where would the DVD cover thumbnails be stored and can the playlist be made to point to a different location?
