Win tv show scrape eden
#1
Good evening,
Finally gotten around to adding tv shows to my xbmc television folder...when I go to videos watch tv it shows the modern family folder i uploaded and there is fan art in background...but when I select that show there are no episodes to watch. I have tried the different naming conventions/created a folder for modern family and even created a season 2 folder within that fouler. When it scrapes it sees Modern Family (must be the art work) but thats it. I have changed naming structure several different ways and still nothing..the files are there if I go to the file section. Was wondering if anyone could assist and tell me what I am missing?

This was the last naming convention I tried with the season 2 folder:
Modern Family S02E01.mkv

Welcome to the XBMC forums.

Your log doesn't show XBMC scanning for "Modern Family". Perhaps library scanning was performed prior to your enabling debug logging in XBMC, so it was missed? Try leaving debug logging enabled, exit XBMC and then restart XBMC. Try scrapping the "Modern Family" folder directly. Upload a new debug log to www.xbmclogs.com and post the URL here.

Thanks for the welcome! I will re-run that when I get home....it was the first time I did it and was almost positive I screwed it up.

Good evening..hope everyone had a nice day. Here is the debug log: http://www.xbmclogs.com/show.php?id=31163

Idid as suggested..even removed the televisionb folder and re-added it as a source..even had it scrape right to the second season folder of modern family. It shows me fan art in the back but no episodes are listed in tv shows view. I have another folder in television and that also shows fan art but no listings. Would be grateful for any suggestions.

So I am not sure if this was correct but...started reading on different forums other folks were having issues connecting to tvdb...they also were getting a can't connect would you like to retry...I kept doing that and eventually it just went away. Someone suggested that because of a change in code that you needed to disable ipv6 and just use 4. Once I did that everything started to download properly. Does any of this sound right or was this just a lucky guess?
