I just updated to Frodo 12 and now my addons say downloading but they have been saying that for 2 hours now and not much change. Also how do I correct 'broken' addons?

For your broken add-ons (e.g., "Dependencies not met"), you may have to do a "Force refresh" on your repository(ies) to make sure the add-ons listed are for Frodo. Go to System/Settings > Add-ons > Get Add-ons and open the context menu for one of your repositories ("c" on keyboard or right mouse click) and select "Force refresh". Repeat for any other repositories you may have.

Thanks, I shutdown and rebooted and it seemed to correct itself. I have put in the Aeon MQ4 skin but I can't seem to find a good tutorial that shows me how to get to the different places to setup different things. The tutorial on the web is just showing what it can do but doesn't explain how to do it. It goes way to fast to figure out how they are doing it.

The first couple of posts provide extensive screenshots and explanations of the major features. There's apparently a built-in help system for that skin. Here's some video tutorials (not sure if these are the ones you've already seen): http://forum.xbmc.org/showthread.php?tid=136337
And if you have some questions that aren't already addressed in the thread, you can always pose them there. That's where folks who use and who are most knowledgeable about this skin are more likely to congregate.
