I noticed pretty much every add on was downloading/updating after installing Frodo. XBMC crashed, and now when I go to the add-on list, it doesnt seem like anything is downloading anymore. Is it safe to assume they are all up to date, or is there any way to check what still needs to be updated?

When you update to Frodo, there is going to be many add-ons that had to be re-written for Frodo, so immediately there is a rush of updates and you'll have the latest if auto-update was enabled. Checking versions numbers against the latest the author has available on the repository will ensure you are operating well. Crashing while updating isn't a usual experience, but not unknown, sometimes when a 3rd party archive is unpacked a databit explosion can inadvertently create a hung screen... Changing the update to 'notify' will give you a bit more control over what 3rd party add-on is in update progress, and should it prove to be a disastrous update you have options to roll-back, manually delete or otherwise track the 3rd party developer and ask for assistance.
