Hi, I just decided to update to the frodo for Windows (from the main page on xbmc.org).

un-installed old version, rebooted then installed new version.

i dont have any access to any add-ons, neither pvr/all or any of the categories show any available when trying to 'get more'.

are the add-ons in general broken at the moment?

I'm having a similar problem. I don't think the add-ons are broken - seems like something is not connecting.

System/Settings > Add-ons > Get Add-ons > highlight a repository and open its context menu ("c" on keyboard or right mouse click) and select "Force refresh". This should repopulate the list of add-ons for that repository. Rinse and repeat for any other repositories you may have installed.
