Consider to update your system.

You can however try to download the zip file directly from xbmc repo and install it: http://mirrors.xbmc.org/addons/frodo/plu...-2.0.0.zip

However, chances that something might not work are high.

indeed, i had to replace my old atv1 with something new:
an amazon firetv and your app inside kodi is doing exactly now what i was looking for for a long time ;-)

I Apologize, I did not think I was being vague when I stated that it was not working. I have 3 different windows machine with windows 7, 8, 2 different android devices and an amazon fire TV stick. And on 3 different home networks.
Love your work, if there is anyway for us to contribute to help your hard work, please tell us. We really enjoy this add on.

Hi,

Thanks for the great add on and continued support and development. I am trying to get this working on a gbox mx2. I tried on firmware 1.2.2 (the latest) that has xbmc gotham and the latest version 2 of your add-on (I downloaded via repository thru the xbmc interface)

I can't play anything, I get the same error notice about updating the "librtmp".

Is this ONLY for KODI helix now?

Can you give any advice on this issue?

There's no "update the librtmp" message in this addon. Nor the librtmp needs to be updated to play rtp play streams.
You're probably using something else.

Hi,

I'm having some problems with this add-on.
The input stream seems does not open and remains in continuous loading.... Then when i try to cancel or stop him kodi freezes.

After take a look at the error log:

NOTICE: DVDPlayer: Opening: rtmp://....

WARNING: CDVDMessageQueue(player):ut MSGQ_NOT_INITIALIZED

NOTICE: Creating InputStream

The log does not shows errors just a warning message and the problem seems to be after creating the InputStream.

Any ideas?

I performed a factory wipe and installed 1.2.2 firmware on the Matricom gbox mx2 ( I know that is off topic but may be relevant to someone ).
Next I installed KODI 14 Helix on the mx2 and then grabbed your plugin RTP Play straight from the Kodi add ons, and viola! Perfection!

It looks like they dropped the rtmp stream or at least they are using some kind of token. Haven't given it the time it deserves though. The m3u8 stream is working fine.

How does we enable m3u8 on your addon? Is it a global addon that would also work with "TV Portuguesa" (fightnight)?

I only have "RTMP" and "SMIL PL"... which one is the m3u8?
