Hi, I am very new to this material and special to XBMC and Linux. I bought a Xtreamer Ultra1 with 1tb HDD in it.
I installed the latest OpenELEC Testing - ION x86_64 Version:2.99.2 (3.0 RC 2), when I start me system comes op with XMBC.
I installed Sapnzb, special for couchpotato, automaticly downloads, etc.
By going to System > Settings > Add ons...Now my question what to do next?
Dont see this back in XBMC?
Sorry I am really a noob with this, I heard something about you need a web-browser or need to go in SSH. how do I get their?

Please who can help me step by step or where to ask all these?

And last but not least what do i need to play 3d movies iwth my Ultra 1?

What format are your 3D movies in? side by side or top and bottom should just play.

MVC is another world, and I haven't found a way to play them on xbmc.

You just login through a web browser to configure Sabnzbd and the rest of the suite. There's a bit of a guide here - http://wiki.openelec.tv/index.php?title=...nzbd-Suite.

It's the same as using Sabnzbd locally except you're using a different address to access it.
