I can't find the pictures now, but the stock Intel cooler butts right up against the underside of the PSU in that case. When I built mine, I removed the PSU and put in a picoPSU but the PSU is actually half-way decent so if you want to keep it, consider a low profile CPU cooler, yes.

He said he have no issue accessing bios with 80W PSU. His motherboard is MSI FM2-A75MA-E35. Usually Micro-ATX take a little more power than Mini-ITX too.....

The stated 65W TDP of the A6-5400K is correct. I tested mine with a separate power supply to the CPU connector and never saw any spikes beyond 65W. Of course using KillAWatt as a test instrument is shaky at best... My ASUS Mini Skeleton 90 90w PSB would shut down in the 70s and I had to RMA it. I got a proper 220W FSP while waiting and have never looked back. My A6 runs on an ASRock FM2A75M-ITX with G.Skill Ares 8GB 1600 and a WD Scorpio Black 2.5 500GB 7200rpm. With multiple HD content, I see power spikes into the 90s. When I received my replacement PSB, I switched it in, just for fun. Everything ran fine, but... I recommend at least a 120W PS for this APU. It really depends on the rest of your hardware. AMD APUs rock!
