My graphics card is now defective (512MB ATi Radeon HD 4350) and have to replace it. I've read reviews but I'm not sure if all of the cards will fit my machine correctly.

I'd like to spend up to $70. I'd prefer it to be quiet but if not, that's okay.

Look for an HD6570 or GT430 / GT630. There are passively cooled versions available that make no noise.
