I've notice an issue with "next chapter" with a build from master branch i've made today, i didn't have this issue with a build made the 26/01.
When you do "next chapter", and then do it again, instead of going to the next chapter, you loop on the same (as if you were too close...). You have to do +30s, and then do "next chapter" again to actualy go to the next chapter, otherwise, if you are too close, you loop on the same, even if you are after it.
I don't know if this is specific to Windows, but at least there is this issue on Windows.
