Hi,

I would like to be able to specify dvd or aired order via the tvshow.nfo file. I currently have tvshow.nfo s that look like this:

<tvshow xsd="http://www.w3.org/2001/XMLSchema" xsi="http://www.w3.org/2001/XMLSchema-instance">
<url>http://thetvdb.com/index.php?tab=series&id=248735</url>
</tvshow>

I would like to be able to set the ordering via this too. For example, with firefly or spiderman (1994) animated series.

I would like something like this:

<order>aired</order>
<order>dvd</order>

that way the setting isn't needed manually on all the xbmc machines around my network. The other day I added the spiderman episodes and I had to cancel the auto update library, remove the episodes, add the show manually and then reenable the auto update.

I have no idea how feasible this is, it would just be a nice addition.

I too use minimal nfo files to ensure that series are scraped correctly every time. This makes it easy to load things up on different installations or reinstall, etc, without having to worry about any manual configuration, all while still getting the benefit of any updates made on TheTVDB. The one thing that can't be set in these minimal nfo files is the sort order -> it would be awesome to have an <order> tag to signal this to the scraper so that it would not have to be set by hand in the gui every time.
