using latest stable frodo (but I've got same issue with nightlies):
while idle it reboots, here's the xbmc.old.log of the latest crash

It reboots even when I long press the menu button, but I think it's related to the skin (quartz).
My biggest problem are those reboots in idle mode

I have atv2 crash/reboot with long press on the menu button as well. Standard skin.

when in main menu - long press menu is a shortcut to quit ...

Are you sure this crashlog was done with frodo 12.0? I can't symbolicate it for debugging...

To make sure those crash log files were updated I deleted em all, and after latest crash I didn't find a new one.

your latest log shows a clean shutdown - no crash. Like when you exited xbmc with the power-off button.

"/private/var/mobile/Library/Logs/CrashReporter" it's empty (erased all content before enabling debug)
"/var/log/syslog" does not exist
