Seems I have a problem with the 12.0 run in portable mode. After adding video files to be scraped then startiing xbmc it just minimizes to taskbar and freezes.

Waiting a bit and killing the process it starts again normally with the files scraped.

Seems to happen the first time after starting the pc and xbmc, if its killed then adding files it will start ok and scrape.

Im on ati hd 5450 card if that makes any difference

I have the same thing here, but without running portable mode. If I start up my HTPC and open XMBC, it will minimize about 10-15 seconds later. Opening task manager, it displays "not responding" and I have to end the process and restart. It works fine from that point. I haven't actually taken a look at the debug log though, as it hasn't annoyed me enough yet.
