I've tried adding an add-on (skin widgets) but XBMC (Frodo, Win7 x64) was giving me a blank list from the XBMC.org repository.

I managed to download it manually from http://mirrors.xbmc.org/addons/frodo as a .zip file, but still... what could be wrong? I tried activating debug and there's no sign of anything wrong (clearly ready to post a log in case it could help and it's just a problem with my setup).

Have you tried a "Force refresh" of the XBMC.org repository?

Later during the day it went back just fine. Go figure...
