I have 4 folders shared over SMB with different content in each folder (sd,hd,tv,3d). I have "play the next video automatically" turned off (unticked). But I just finished watching a 3D movie (in the 3d folder) and noticed a weird problem... you guess it! It played the next 3d movie automatically even though I have this feature turned off. All 3D movies in this folder do this. Now the really strange part. ONLY THE 3D FOLDER DOES THIS! The other 3 folders behave normally and do not play the next video.

Anyone have any ideas why this is happenig and how I can fix it?

maybe something to do with how your 3d media is named makes XBMC think it is stacked.
