anybody does xbmc have a trick to get them working??

4oD isn't blocked in Ireland, so that should just work.
iPlayer will work if you use a UK proxy.
tvcatchup may be trickier, they won't even let you register on their site if you're not in the UK. Could work with a proxy, haven't tried it.
