I'm a little unsure on the following, would the Intel Celeron NUC work with the Broadcom Crystal HD?

Also does anyone know what sort of skins i'd be able to run on this?

I'd be wanting to use openelec.

Is there a reason for using the Broadcom Crystal HD instead of the integrated Intel 2000 HD GPU? It's been shown here the Intel 2000 in the Celeron 847 work brilliantly with OpenELEC. VA-API is supported: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Video_Acceleration_API and so is HD audio bitstreaming.
