new to htpc... need assistance please.

As the title suggests I am new to HTPC, and XBMC as well. I have used XBMC for a little while on my everyday PC, and I am in love... now I want to take it to the big screen.
I have read a lot of threads here where people have asked what they need to fit their desires, but I'm too ignorant to be able to use that info, since I really do not know what parts are compatable with others and so on.
So, I'm looking either for an already built box or a detailed parts list of what I need to build my own... I've never built a pc before, but I am willing to give it the ol' college try.
So any help is greatly appreciated.

Here is what I would like:
-Small cool quiet
-Able to play 1080p Bluray 3D files, and disc
-2 TV tuners preferrably internal, if not that is ok, to record OTA channels
-Run xbmc without hiccups
-Boot straight to XBMC
-And as cheap as possible without losing performance or quality
-Reading media thru either internal or external hard drive or streaming

I know all may not be possible, or may become too expensive, but this is my wishlist I guess... so, again, any help is greatly appreciated.

Thanks, xazs

Zotac had a slim player that had an internal bluray player, and had a hell of a great deal on it back last fall during black friday. Two tuners is easily doable with a small USB stick, so if it can't do it internally, I wouldn't sweat it at all.

It might be this guy, but it was under $200 on that sale, so not sure: http://www.amazon.com/Zotac-ZBOXHD-ID34B...B0044DE7XK

Here's an AMD version that is closer in price that will probably do all the same things, but I hear AMD GPU drivers are a PITA under linux (you'll want something like OpenELEC so you get that "boot right into XBMC" appliance feel): http://www.superbiiz.com/detail.php?name=MB-AD03BRU

I'm just not sure about the whole "3D" stuff. Not really my thing, so I haven't kept up on the requirements for it.

EDIT: here's another one: http://www.provantage.com/zotac-zboxhd-i...OTC07Q.htm

dang, I didn't realize Zotac had so many different versions of this guy.
