I saw 12.1 Frodo is out and it listed "XBMC does not crash when listed on the AppleTV top shelf"...
How do I even get XBMC tile on the top row(shelf)?!

Mhh no i only had the issue that the xbmc icon was shown on 5.0.2 (might be a jailbreak issue or what). It worked there too but without icon it looks ugly. On 5.2 its fine.
