Well we all have had time to adapt to the new release "FRODO". With some hick-ups still to be solved (eg. digital audio playback with no direct pass-through), the Android and PVR functionality are promising.
Both are high on my list to implement. The PVR waits on the possibility to use WMC as backend. That’s worked upon. Why not WMC as backend?
The use within Android hangs on a nice and proper working console. Following several topics I get the impression not all on the market do very well. Mostly due to (lack off) hardware encoding. I got the impression this will be solved with the Ouya console. But unless I took part in the Kickstarter, I’ll have to wait until >june to get one.
Big question is: “Is this worth waiting for?”
