Hi everyone,

I need some help with the mark as watched filter. I have my series and movies in different
folders in the same drive, I have 'Mark as watched' option On, but it seems to affect both folders
what I want is the possibility to mark as watched files only on the movies folder.
Is there a way to do that?

Welcome to the XBMC forums.

This is assuming you have your Movies and TV Shows (Series) scanned into your video library.

1. VIDEOS > Library > highlight the "Movies" option;
   
2. open its context menu (keyboard "c" or right mouse click);
   
3. select "Mark as watched" or "Mark as unwatched", as desired.
   
4. Wait for the update to complete. There is no progress indicator and the application may appear non-responsive. Just be patient, especially if you have a large library. The job is complete when XBMC responds to your keyboard.
   
5. Repeat the above steps for TV Shows (Series), if desired.

When I chose "Mark as watched" nothing happened until I watched another show. Then the check mark appeared. and so, I now have the answer to my earlier question.
