Since upgrading to XBMC v12, a video file following an audio file won't play automatically in a mixed playlist. It stalls at the end of the song until I hit "next" and then the video will play. The log shows this error constantly repeating until I manually advance the playlist: "ERROR: CAudioDecoder: Unable to Init Codec while loading file...WARNING: PAPlayer::QueueNextFileEx - Failed to create the decoder". http://pastebin.com/dzt2Y8FA
