I setup NextPVR, HDHomerun Prime and XBMC. Live hd tv is fine on NextPVR or HDHomerun quicktv but XBMC is in stop motion with processor working overtime. I'm running windows 7 dual core 2.8ghz. Also have raspberrypi and it can't even bring the hd shows up (it has no problem with hd from other video sources). I have set this up 3 times now with same problem and per the threads, this doesn't seem to be a problem for anyone else.

Does it go slow then speed up, slow down, speed up etc.. or is it just slow motion?

It's not the interlacing if that is what you mean. I tried turning that on and off and auto. It starts out still, then moves a very small amount forward very very slowly, sometimes in jerks. Standard definition is fine.

I had the problem I described and it was caused by the audio settings in XBMC. I disabled DTS decoding and that resolved my issue. Might be worth a try.
Also it was only on HD channels I was having the problem also.
