I just did a fresh windows 10 pro install.
And it baffles me that whenever i try to put the audio on something else than default.
It crashes straight to desktop.

Looks like Windows 10 64 bit with a NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2080 Ti, and Kodi 17.6/32 bit when you could be using Kodi Leia 64bit. The log complains that your Sony TV is not capable Audio quickstart guide (wiki) run through this guide Settings/System/Audio (wiki) along with this Windows audio (wiki) to set up windows.

It crashes on my AOC screen as well as soon as i select the NVIDIA high def audio.
Before i upgraded my motherboard and CPU i used the same GPU in the build and never gave me issues.
It also crashes when i select the build in Intel HDMI.
Now i tried Leia 18.2 64-bit and its literally the same thing

Your original log was not a proper debug log, you need to enable logging in settings Log file/Advanced (wiki) which will give us more information. How exactly are you hooking up the display, PC ->TV; PC->AVR-TV number of monitors and what priority? Where is your desktop in all this?
