Heyyy, I have an relatively new HTPC running Windows 7 w/8gb RAM on an Asus P7H55-M PRO that I use exclusively for XBMC (Frodo) and Blu-ray (still haven't figured out how to integrate the player.) Can anyone provide some guidance regarding optimizing my system for performance (overclocking, tweaking, windows settings, BIOS settings, etc.)? I have little-to-no experience in these areas. Any and all help greatly appreciated!
