No option to add source in movies
#1
I have scoured the forums and web and can't find an answer to this.

Setting up my ATV2. In Movies there is no option to add source (I have changed the setting to show add source but it still doesn't appear). Some people say change between library and file mode but others say that option no longer exists and I should change views, either way I can't do what they suggest.

I was able to add the link to my PC folder in File Manager and from there can navigate through the folders and find individual movies and play them but that's it, nothing in Movies, no file recognition/cover art/etc.

I know I'm close but can't get there. I am running a fairly recent version as I had my ATV jailbroken a month ago and the guy who did it used the latest version then.

Thanks

you need to go to "video" -> "files" and then add the source there

Thanks, that's what I tried first of all (2 hours ago) but there isn't an option to add a source there just two dots. How do I get the option back?
