I am having trouble configuring my remote to work with XBMC. All keys are working properly except the arrow keys, which are moving the mouse rather than moving from one menu item to the next. The device manager shows the IR receiver as a keyboard, and the keys that are working are sending key presses. I'd like the arrow keys to send arrow key presses (left, right, up, down), but I can't seem to get it to do anything but move the mouse.

What is the make and model of the remote (or a URL link to a product page/photo).

Is there a shift button that toggles the arrow keys from mouse cursor movement to keyboard directional movement and vice versa?
