Reduced Animations
#1
Confluence works really sleek on my desktop machine with a 2.8GHz dual core processor and fast GPU. Animations are nice and smooth, browsing is quick.

However, I also run the same setup on my Raspberry Pi, which is quite limited in processing power. I'm overclocking mine at 1.05 GHz but the performance difference is still very obvious. The animations on screens like the Movies Fanart view are quite slow and uneven, and seem to slow down browsing the list. Is there any way to either:-

a) reduce the priority of the animations "thread" (if there is one) so that animations aren't apparently being prioritised over information/content
b) remove the animations completely (or in certain screens)

I'm quite open to modding the Confluence skin, but having a quick look at it, it would appear I'd need to alter animation settings on almost every part of the skin, which is a lot of work. If I can avoid doing this, it would be nice.

Thanks for any help
