100% working live tv with xbmc and raspberry or pivos seems impossible.
Problem here with both tvheadend and vu + addon.

I've got "live" TV working 100% with a RaspberryPI and hdhomerun with the TV Guide addon, so it is possible.

VU+ plugin 1.6.7 works great here.

I am using mc2xml on the pi. It builds a new xmltv.xml file in place every 3 days using cron and a 4am job.

Works like a champ.

@ Philhu,

How did you get mc2xml run on the pi? I get a syntax error:

./mc2xml: line 1: syntax error near unexpected token `newline'
./mc2xml: line 1: `<!DOCTYPE html PUBLIC "-//W3C//DTD XHTML 1.0 Transitional//EN" "http://www.w3.org/TR/xhtml1/DTD/xhtml1-transitional.dtd">'

Could you explain? Thanks.
