so, I just found out about this beauty, configured Webserver on XBMC, the remote app finds it with the "Find" button... but nothing. It keeps showing me that rolling "loading" circle, forever. Left for more than 1 hour and nothing happens =(
Notebook and iPhone are on the same network - 192.168.25.103 for iPhone, .104 for notebook.
Any ideas on how to fix this?

look for any firewall that is preventing you from connecting with your iDevice. Also try with your iDevice to connect to the XBMC web interface going to http://<username>:<password>@<xbmc ip>:<xbmc port> and see if it connects.

yep, it does. but nothing shows there, just a header, with XBMC logo, "Remote" and other stuff on the top of the page...

Seems correct, from here you should be able to browse music, movies, tv shows and so on.
For the remote app problem, try to manually insert the host details in the remote app server info. If you can connect from the browser then you should be able also to connect with the remote app.
