Hi,

I've got three machines in the house that run XBMC, using a shared MySQL library. It would be good if I could keep their interfaces sync'd as well, so if I make a change to the Ace skin on one device, it gets replicated on the other two devices. Is there a way to point all three devices to the same setting files, so they all use and update the same settings?

I don't think so, not without changing how XBMC runs. The skin settings are stored in the guisettings.xml, so you would need to copy this from one system and use it to replace the same file on the others.

Theoretically depending on what platform your running you could create a batch file which does this automatically and periodically so that the settings on one system are replicated on the others; but the systems would all need to be connected on a network and all be on at a specific time of day.

It may just be simpler to manually copy it every so often.

@dmdkiwi, it´s possible, you need use script extendedinfo, skin ace have feature do export settings skin, and import again, this feature is in skin settings, item restore settings.
